Step 1: The Initial Consultation

           At the initial consult you will be shown a wide variety of samples in your home.  We will discuss the differences in  the finishes and processes and work with you to find the finish that best meets your vision for the space. We will also measure the space to be finished.  The first two hours of this consult are complimentary.  Additional consult time is charged at $75.00 per hour that will be credited back to you when the project is booked. 

Step 2: Create a Bid For The Project

           A written proposal will be provided to you via e-mail, fax, or mail .  Once the finishes are chosen and the  proposal is accepted, the contract is then signed and a deposit  is collected. 

Step 3: Schedule The Project

           Once the deposit is collected custom samples are created based upon initial discussions. The client will then approve a  sample in the desired color. If necessary  we will continue to modify samples until the desired look is achieved.  Dates will then be set to begin the project.  The client  will prepare the area prior to our arrival according to the terms and conditions stated in the contract.

Step 4:  Complete The Project 

          The work will be completed in a neat and timely manner.  Remember, faux finishing is not like painting.  Painters use rollers and sprayers to speed up the job.  All faux finishing is applied methodically by hand, which can take up to five times longer depending on the room size and the finish you choose. Time should be planned accordingly.
